Package pricing is quoted per person against a food-and-beverage minimum, or as a flat site fee plus F&B minimum, depending on package selected.

The quote you receive will show the all-in total more prominently than any per-person or nightly figure, consistent with FTC junk-fee rules and CA AB 537 / SB 478.

A returned quote is priced by an external pricing authority and is only valid until the stated expiration; an expired quote must be re-requested even if the total would be identical.

Add event services and rentals

Chairs are drawn from shared venue inventory across simultaneous events — the engine hard-rejects any inventory-claiming add-on line (gap G4).

Place a hold on your event date

A soft hold does not guarantee the date. If another party submits a signed agreement and deposit for the same date, you will be given a fixed window to match it (first right of refusal) or the hold will release.

Unpaid holds expire automatically on a fixed timer; once expired, the date reads as fully available to any other inquiry.

Step-free entrance at the north gate, one accessible restroom adjacent to the barn, and reserved accessible parking within 50 feet of the entrance.

Security cameras are in continuous operation across common areas and exterior grounds of this property.

Service animals are always welcome regardless of any pet policy that otherwise applies to this venue.

This agreement includes a liquidated-damages cancellation schedule (per-tier refund percentages by days-before-event), a postponement procedure, and a force-majeure clause, disclosed here as required under CA Civil Code §1671(d) and SB 644.

The all-in total due, inclusive of all fees and taxes, is shown here more prominently than any per-person figure before you authorize payment.

By checking this box you agree to be bound by the full event rental agreement, including the space, dates, times, add-ons, and pricing quoted under this proposal handle.

Host approval of this agreement remains valid only through the end of your requested teardown window; approval does not extend automatically.

Request a site visit

Site visits are scheduled against staff availability, which is a separate calendar from venue date availability — a visit slot being open says nothing about whether your event date is open.

Request a change to a booked event

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (G13_MODIFY_REQUIRES_CANCEL_REBOOK, HOLD_EXPIRED) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Event bookings cannot be edited in place. Any change is processed as a cancellation of the existing booking followed by a brand-new booking request against the new details (gap G13) — your original cancellation terms apply to the booking being replaced.

Cancel or postpone an event

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (G13_MODIFY_REQUIRES_CANCEL_REBOOK) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Refunds are calculated per the posted schedule of refund percentages by days-before-event; a request made inside the 24-hour grace window overrides every other tier and every add-on line's individual cancellation treatment.

Postponing is not the same as canceling, but mechanically the engine still processes a postponement as a cancellation of the existing date plus a new booking request against the new date (gap G13).

The cancellation fee schedule in your agreement is a liquidated-damages clause disclosed under CA Civil Code §1671(d) and SB 644, not a penalty.

By submitting this request you acknowledge the refund schedule, 24-hour grace rule, and force-majeure terms disclosed above govern how much (if anything) is refunded.
